Caleb Phipps

Caleb started with us in June of 2021. He is originally from Rye, CO, and made a transition from a background in construction to join us as a Leasing Associate, then found his place in our maintenance department. When not at work he loves spending time with his family and his wife. They were all recently able to take a trip together to Alaska! Time with his friends, family, wife and dog is something he cherishes.

As a reflection of this, his favorite thing about Evergreen is the people he works with!
