Cody Young

Cody joined the Evergreen team in January of 2020 and became our manager of the accounting department a year and a half later. He has been a Colorado resident for two years, coming to us from upstate New York. His favorite part about working within property management and real estate is acquiring the knowledge that is required to handle the many different situations that may arise within our field.

Cody plans to use the knowledge he acquires to help evaluate future property investment opportunities. In his free time he tries to enjoy the many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer as well as being part of multiple runner's clubs at local breweries.
